How do you pronounce "SVASE"?
Most people pronounce SVASE "ess-vays", but some say "svah-say."
Who can attend SVASE events?
SVASE events are open to the general public, but SVASE members get a discount. Also, some events are limited to specific types of executives (such as CEOs or CFOs...) Please see event description for details.

Where is SVASE located?
SVASE is a "virtual corporation." We don't have headquarters; our events are located throughout the San Francisco Bay area in our sponsors' facilities. SVASE exists where SVASE members want to meet!

How can I speak at an SVASE event?
SVASE welcomes speakers on topics of critical interest to technology entrepreneurs. Because we are fortunate to have a wealth of good speakers available to us, we give preference to SVASE sponsors and corporate members. If you'd like to speak at SVASE, join as a sponsor or member and then contact the Program Chair of the program that best fits your expertise (see the list of Program Chairs at ABOUT US.)
Is SVASE for-profit or non-profit?
SVASE is incorporated as a nonprofit, 501c(6) trade association for entrepreneurs.
How do I register for an SVASE event?
Click on the event (see EVENTS) and it will take you to an online registration page.
How can I get my promotional message out to SVASE entrepreneurs?
SVASE welcomes individuals and organizations that provide services to the entrepreneurial community. There are 2 ways to get your message out: through Sponsorship (see SPONSORSHIP) or Corporate Membership. Both ways of participating including listing in our website Entrepreneur Yellow Pages, ability to attend SVASE events at a discount for one/one promotion, and priority in the queue to speak at events.
How do I post my event on the SVASE calendar?
SVASE welcomes Core Sponsors and Affiliates to post events on our calendar: just click on the link at the bottom of the EVENTS page and follow instructions. Due to the overwhelming number of events every day in the Bay area, our calendar is limited to postings by SVASE, Sponsors and Affiliates.
How do I become a Sponsor of SVASE?
You can become either a CORE sponsor of SVASE (Silver, Gold or Platinum), or sponsor a specific Event, Event Series, or Service. See SPONSORS for all your options, or contact president@svase.org.
