Raymond Levitt, Stanford University Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering Professor Levitt is the author of Executing Your Strategy—How to Break It Down and Get It Done. His research program at Stanford University develops theory, methods, and tools to design organization and governance arrangements for project and matrix organization structures in construction and other project-based industries. In addition, he holds roles as Director, Construction Program; Director, Collaborator for Research on Global Projects; Academic Director, Advanced Project Management Program, SCPD; and Senior Fellow, Woods Institute for the Environment. Lane Nonnenberg, Senior Director Sales and Alliances at BEA Systems, Inc. Mr. Nonnenberg currently manages all aspects of BEA's alliances relationship with Hewlett Packard, including go-to-market initiatives, sales, platform positioning, services interaction, sales and services engagement models and field execution of the alliance relationship.
